We had the opportunity to listen to a number of extraordinary researchers from all around Europe and also to discuss their work in poster sessions between lectures. To give you a quick overview about the congress, here a short, non-exhaustive list of the topics that were addressed:
Different internet-based, transdiagnostic interventions for both treatment and prevention of mental health problems
Diagnosis-specific internet interventions for depression, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, exhaustion disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder or substance use disorder
The implementation of internet based interventions in Swedish primary care
Various internet based treatment solutions for children and adolescents
And much more…
We learned a lot and are looking forward to implement this knowledge in future product development and research.
