  • Who is responsible for the treatment?
    The healthcare provider is responsible for conducting the treatment. Zeeds is used by the healthcare provider to support efficient adherent therapy.
  • For which patients is Zeeds suitable?
    Zeeds is primarily suited for patients in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate Major Depressive Disorder. Detailed patient profiles are described in Zeeds users manual, which is available in the Portal. Zeeds is primarily used for adults, although we are developing modules for teens. Contact us to learn more about how Zeeds works for a younger population.
  • Does Zeeds have a journaling system?
    No. Currently Zeeds does not include a journaling system, and is a standalone system. However, we are currently investigating API-integrations to journalling systems. Please contact us to learn more about how your journalling system could work with Zeeds.
  • Does the patient pay for Zeeds?
    No, the healthcare provider pays for Zeeds.
  • For which languages does Zeeds work?
    Zeeds currently only works in Swedish, and English. We are working with adding more languages to Zeeds.
  • How does the patient fill in their data?
    The patient is prompted to write answers to various clinical parameters in a self-guided flow in the application. These answers are based on the assignments that are discussed between the patient and healthcare provider in sessions. The flow of administration is detailed in Zeeds users manual, in the Zeeds Portal.
  • Do you chat with the patient in Zeeds?
    No. Currently, you simply discuss the patient’s progress during your normal sessions. The data is however available live in the Portal.
  • Will I still see my patient?
    Yes. Zeeds is only a complement to your regular therapeutic work.
  • How does the patient get access to Zeeds?
    Zeeds is introduced by the psychologist during a therapy session. The patient will then get an email where they can sign up to the app through App Store or Google Play. Patients authenticate themselves via Bank ID when logging in.
  • How do you store my patients data securely?
    Direct personal information is always encrypted or hashed in our database through AES 256 encryption and SHA 256 hashing, and all personal information is handled in the EU. Our database is located in Sweden. Post-treatment, all personal information is removed. We use secure Bank ID authentication for patients, and two-factor authentication for you as a clinician.
